Blog Every Day in April - 30th April, 2011 - Ending on a new series of Doctor Who! :D

Hey Nerdfighters, how are we going today? I hope you all had an excellent April!

Today signifies the last day of BEDA where a lot of awesome people including myself have spent the past month posting these blogs every single day. As this was my first time, I didn't know what to really expect when I thought to myself, "yep, I'm gonna do BEDA" (Ps. i pronounce it Bay-da" haha.... now that i think about it... I did every NEDA blog while i was on my bed.... I think... lol.) So while most of these blogs were pretty much made up on the spot, now that I look back on them all, I'm actually quite astonished with what I've compiled these last few weeks. I can see why diarys are popular for people, cause it really does help you look back at all the events and achievements that you've done. I never imagined that I would have gone this far, or how it'd turn out. I'm quite pleased :D

So what does this leave for post April blogging?

Well as you all may have realised by now, I'm travelling next month visiting Canberra and New South Wales with the fam' so I'm clearly not going to be able to post every single day like I have been, but I think I'm still going to do weekly blogs.... though I don't know if I'll be around internet while I'm away.... so maybe I'll just double blog when I get back or something... Don't worry. I'll take photos. I've already had friends telling me that they want to come with (sorry guys). :P

What else is new? Australia finally aired the first episode of Doctor Who series 6 tonight :D THANK YOU BBC AND ESPECIALLY TEAM MOFF! LOVED IT! I mean... I know I have already seen it... but still, to see it on my TV with mum and with friends all over the country, it was brilliant!

So what do you think about River Song now? What are your theories on her? and what about the DOCTOR'S DEATH? (if you didn't watch and read this, sorry, but you had your chance) :P Quite liked the amount of Rory in this episode and I really want to know what is going to happen next! I'm planning to wake up early tomorrow morning to watch with the UK peeps :P Confidential was great to. love the new opening theme for it and love the family-like atmosphere between cast members and crew. Moff, oh you teaser you :P

Oh yer, Nerdfighters! Forgot to state this earlier, but if any of you live in Canberra or NSW, let me know by messaging my inbox prior to next weekend, but can't promise anything, still, it'd be nice to know who's around there. :)

Another project that I completed this past month is the Nerdfighter Styled - 30 Day photo Challenge on facebook, and I reckon you guys should all support it and have a go at it :P It's not like your normal photo album, it's just.. wel... nerdy :P Check mine out here... and here's the link to the page for all the info you want to have a go! Anyways, that's enough ranting from me. I can talk when I have stuff to say, which can be lacking on some days, but I'll try. Don't yas worry :P

BEDA Day # 29 - A Try-At-Home Quiz

Good Day Nerdfighters!!! How are we today? :D Today has been pretty unexceptional but i did manage to get a good chunk done with Project 39, and with HP Sims 3 Project. Quite pleased with them today :) I Thought to keep things random with you guys, to day I decided to do a quiz!!!! Wooh! This will skip later questions that you guys and gals might ask... or not ask... i dunno... it's just a random quiz, get off my back :P

Are you a good cook? - i don't usually cook, so never really have had to test myself, i did well in home economics and when i cooked nightly by myself when i was home alone last year lol

[B][E][D][A] - DAY 28; Recap Thursday! - I like music and trailers, k?

Good evening Nerdfighters! It's Thursday night, and you know what that means? RECAP THURSDAY! derp...

So new Harry Potter trailer came out today for the new movie coming out in July! More on that below, but first if you haven't already, take a quick glimpse at my week in BEDA blogs! :D

This is also kinda sad for me, cause this is the last Thursday of April... so I don't exactly have a plan yet for after this month is over. (2 blogs to go apparently. :O)

This week, it was hard to pick just one song since there were a possible 27 to pick from, but Ray William Johnson and his crew has made a few great songs and animations that I haven't yet touched upon this month with VEDA, so today I decided that this song will be the one to share with you guys. :D (Drink responsibly everyone.)

HAHA, well this video will be no surprise to some people as I seem to spend way too much time on Youtube watching my favourite subscribed video channels. In short, this was a quickly made music video that Luke and Joey quickly put together for Luke's VEDA video for the 23rd day of April. These guys deserve the appreciation they get. :)

Now, as you know, I've been watching and playing a lot of Portal 2 this last week and I got to the end of it, and just like the previous game, it ends with a song sung by GLaDOS who is one of the main characters in the games. I love this game. Oh so funny and it has a pretty great lead up scene for the game's finale :) (jump to 5:00 for the actual song if you want to skip the game's ending)

My favourite thing that happened to me this week (excluding Easter, cause I couldn't eat chocolate) was getting lots and lots of mail :D Apart from the usual stuff i get, this week I received some pretty sweet things. And what a better song about mail, but the always faithful theme song to POSTMAN FREKKEN PAT!!! ROCK ON!!! :P

BLOG BEDA 27th - AIR MAIL!!! (What the hell is a Hufflepuff?)

HEY NERDFIGHTERS! So today I got loads of post (for me anyways) from overseas and man, i'm hyped :P

First of all was this epic SIGNED "TOBUSCUS POSTER OF DARKNESS, THEN REDNESS, THEN WHITENESS" from the Los Angeles, California!!!!

As you know from previous blogs, I frekken love this guy haha. He does lazy blogs, game let's plays and his own little show of CUTE, WIN, FAIL! You guys should check him out now, if you haven't already. Ps. I did say this poster was signed, for all them squealing fans out there :D

The other two pieces I got in the mail are for the same reason, but from two different countries! One was from Saint Mary's Pennsylvania, US and the other was from Stratford, London, UK :D

Hufflepuff Tie

"What the hell is a Hufflepuff?" -facepalm- A Hufflepuff is a school house in the fictional world of Harry Potter. This house is one of four (the others being Gryffindor, Ravenclaw and Slytherin) from Hogwarts, School of Witchcraft and Wizardry - the place where Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger attend. Hufflepuff is the most inclusive among the four houses, valuing hard work, patience, friendship and fair play rather than a particular aptitude in its members. Its emblematic animal is the badger, and yellow and black are its colours. In short, if I were to attend this particular school, Hufflepuff is the house that I would most want to be part of. Hufflepuff is one of the lesser involved houses in the Harry Potter book and movie series, and is joked upon in A Very Potter Musical, a fan-based musical on the series.

Finally in today's blog i'll talk about is a quick update on Project 39 :P

So far... i've completed 17 movies/books on the list out of the 39... and i'm getting to the end of 7 others... Last night I was watching my 1st show in the list, Skins season 4 :D I'm really enjoying this show, as i've watched it before on TV and was a fan from series 1.

I remember my first DVD from this show... had to get mum to come find me at JB Hi-Fi cause I was under-age to legally buy it myself. :P But don't worry. I didn't do what the peeps in the show got up to haha. I'm more so interested in the personalities and all that. :D

After i finish this disk of skins tonight, it'll be disk 3 of Friends - Season 2! yay!

Okay, gonna jump straight into it, cause got work at 6am tomorrow (per normal for Thursdays) so gonna have an early night. Have a great evening/ day, and will cyas again tomorrow.
